Just spent 20mins in On Your Bike at London Bridge with a very helpful manager that happily trawled through 8 month old receipts on their system in order to find me my receipt of my Atmos helmet that needs to go back to Giro to be replaced.

They stood to gain nothing by this apart from good customer relations, as it appears Giro will replace directly and bypass the shop.

So, here's to that as so many places would (I suppose understandably) not be arsed to help.

A nice start to the day.

:D

My LBS are great 8) The amount of stuff they do for free for me is amazing. Even little things like nipping to my car to collect my bike from me if I cant get parked nearby, it makes all the difference.

I think the best thing they have done for me to date is putting all their jobs on hold to get my Tempest ready for the Peaks meet, just because they knew how important it was to me :D Top guys.

that's what is all the more decent about this morning, they're not even my lbs. My lbs does all the good stuff you like like fitting you in when you drop in and not booking in jobs etc, but this lot are a London bike shop and I am certainly not a local to them.
