I got shock bushes the other day and they were rattling about in one of their new packing boxes

It also means it didn't just get stuck through my door for the dog to eat but goes to the local depot where I have to go and pick it up :x

I get stuff delivered to my work address so don't have the letterbox problem. The size of the boxes compared to the contents is getting a bit silly, mind you, though I guess a plain old box is more recyclable than a Jiffy envelope (but better still to try and re-use packaging of any sort).

just ordered one of these

anyone know how to actually get it over the hose?
i can get it on but it doesnt go over the black bit and hence i can spin the hose and pull it off

don't those actually go in the hose ??
where as the threaded bit goes over the hose, squeezing the olive between said threaded bit and brake/caliper body.

could be wrong but thats how it works with shimano hydros
