you can't tell for sure how good the paint job is but he's way off with those decals. the headtube one is well squint

It's the wrong headset decal too. Mine is a grey 1999, and has the "tropical" K. The 853 decal on the original is on the seat tube as opposed to the downtube too.

Frame "looks" right, but not too sure about it's correctness.
