Cotic Soul, what colour?

I have decided that the Cotic Soul is the frame of choice to replace my Dialled but what colour? If I want Custard I had better be quick, only a couple left or do I wait for the new batch of Souls in either Black or Orange?

Any thoughts on colour choice, what would you choose?

I didn't know they were bringing orange back, and if they are that's worth bearing in mind, but I noticed that the batch they've done in that 'builder's tea' colour looked very effective, so I'd go for one of those myself. Could be a collector's item one day.

Builders tea is nice Anthony but there are no mediums left. Spoke with Paul at Cotic who says there is a new batch of Souls landing at the end of October, Orange and Gloss Black. Do like Orange (my dialled is also orange) but very fond of the Custard.

I liked the Cotic frames and did thought about buying one but the price put me off though, I would pick the builder's tea colour too, something different from the rest.

Have you tried the Genesis Altitude? you can get Altitude 30 frame with Reynolds 853 steel tubing for £350 which it's a great value and it's British make too, here a link of 2008 frame http://www.bikeradar.com/gear/category/ ... e-08-29170 the new models is coming out this month and the Altitude 30 is red colour this time, it worth looking.

It have some classic design on it with front/rear mech cables running down on frame bottom tube with just one cable on top tube for rear brake and long top tube length, and it's the same as Kona frames with the seatpost clamp facing the other way, while all the modern frames have all the three cables running on top tube.

Just found out that the frames due out in October have had to be reworked to meet new regulations, what to do? All will be revealed at the bike show next week. Are they going to be as good?

Probably going to be re-worked around the head tube area for crash regs. Probably lose the classic Cotic look.

Hang fire, if it looks crap and you still want a Custard Medium frame give me a shout. I'll be selling mine soon to get one of the new fillet brazed Paces (when I can get a test ride on one). Its just 3 months old and is completely unmarked.
