Cotic RoadRat

Does anyone on here own a Cotic Roadrat. There is talk of the cycletowork scheme returning at our gaff and the roadrat now comes direct from Cotic with a a Shimano Alfine 8 speed hub. Upgraded with this and some Magura disc brakes it comes in at just under the magic £1000 mark! I think it could be the way forward after trashing the front end of my Soul on the way to work.

Carl, have a look at the thread in this section for how I trashed my Cotic! I am not saying a RoadRat would be any different, probably worse, but ultimately cheaper to repair and I could then keep my lovely Soul exclusively for the dirt. Plus a RoadRat would be quicker on the Tarmac and with less looking after with the Alfine option. Was looking at them in 18bikes yesterday and they look good.
