Coppi Lugano Help / Identification

Can anyone tell me anything about this Coppi?

I know that it's a Lugano but am struggling to find out much else via google.

I've seen some that were made from Columbus Genius, was wondering if this was aswell?

Any help or info greatly appreciated.
