Not a retro item but can be mounted to your retro steed for jaunts with your young one as I did briefly.
I've only used this a handful of times so it's in pretty much as new condition.
Great rack mounted child seat with a Blackburn rack included.
Converts to a seat that can be used off the bike, which is useful.

It's not heavy but large so would prefer collection though can post at cost as I do have a suitable box.
