The concept usa bikes I've seen tend to be crap wal-mart/target type stuff (department store)....but this one doesn't look like them.

Perhaps they were trying to go high-end at some point and made this thing...but that is strictly a guess.

If it is a Concept (stickers do not maketh the bike), I concur with the bargain basement product line.

No idea what it is, but someone clearly liked purple.

It seems to have all of the downsides of an elevated chainstay bike without any of the upside they were designed for. Hmmmm......
