A mate just bought something similar for his iphone, hard case and it fixes to the bike, screen still touch sensitive and you can even take pics. It was fine Offroad on some fairly rocky routes but he is waiting for the heavy duty mount before really testing it.

I bought an Otterbox defender for my Iphone4

Its sturdy as hell, it attatches to my hydration pack allowing me to film too

Used it at Fort Bill, it never even thought of working loose

I'd seen the otterbox for my htc phone but it isn't waterproof which put me off. You can film from the cyclewiz one as well even with it attached to the bars, you need the heavy duty mount though.
