Sorted Controltech or similar 22.2 quill stem

Looking for a " reasonably priced" controltech stem for 1" steer forks. 15o ish and around 100mm.

Any condition considered and happy to repaint a dog!

If you have a black aluminium cable hanger for the stem all the better too.
