What there these like :? just picked up a pair in reasonable condition[i hope]
OK in dry,nightmare in wet?

Excellent all-rounder. Have a bias towards the muddier type of rides but roll fast on hardpack. Very good cornering grip and braking / traction. Wish they still made the TBH. The only ones to be wary of are the ones with the yellow stripe down the middle - silica compound which does not like wet roots.

I donated a used pair to Phill77 and he used them at Mountain Mayhem. Surely the ultimate test for tyres in the wet

REKI, thanks for that ad-I'm a huge fan of the Conti tires (just picked up a NOS set on US ebay....so happy) but didn't know what each model was intended for, now I do!
