Cone spanners

just about to buy some cone spanners but dont know what size i need?
for front and rear if theyre different (modern deore hubs if that makes a difference)

15mm seems to be the usual size for me with some early Campag stuff at 13 or 14mm.

is that 15mm for both front and rear? also, will it be just the one i need and then a normal spanner for standard nuts? whats with 16,17 and 18mm cone spanners?

Shimano hubs will normally require 13mm, 15mm and 17mm cone spanners to cover your requirements for front and rear.

get the lidl tool kit if there are any left.........they have them in

For some reason, I always find them at car boot sales for about 10p.

If you don't know what a cone spanner is, you'd just think it was a cheap, badly made spanner, so you can get them cheap.
