New purchase from the bay, awaiting arrival. Need help with year, tubing used, seat post size

Yep, one of the nicest steel frames (if not the nicest!) Kona ever produced in my opinion
Columbus Cyber Nivachrom tubeset, thin profile and very light. Even lighter than the Explosif from the same year.

I don't she'll make it to the restoration list, Just build and ride sort of thing, not going for original spec either.
Even bitd did any of my bikes stay oem for long if at all. Now off to other projects at hand. Spring is just about upon us.

It could be the lesser spotted version with a 27.2 seat post like my 97 and a couple of others about. As many have already said a truly lovely bike in every way.
