This one looks like to be 20" C-C for tall guys. You're right, I recon above 6" height.

I ride a 20" Psyclone and 6,6.

This is the third Xizang I spot this year, a few times the same 92 and last month there was a '98.

Pretty rare and all in US.

Is the 20" measured from c-t or c-c?

It looks like the rider would be well over 6 feet tall. If GT's 16.5 (medium) frame is a good fit for someone around 5'8" to 5'9", just imagine this frame.

6'6" is about right
