They're not MAX OR though the more common material for MTB's (common as Kona used it )

No idea, Maybe gil_m, Boy'o'Boy (though Orange never used these afaik), somebody else can make a master from it and real a batch off for people ?

I luckily don't need one for my bike, I know what it's made from

I think Ben just means that Columbus Max OR was so expensive that companies like Rocky Mountain couldn't afford it. Roberts, Dave Yates, Serrotta and common makes like that used it though.

I think Ben just means that Columbus Max OR was so expensive that companies like Rocky Mountain couldn't afford it. Roberts, Dave Yates, Serrotta and common makes like that used it though.

but actually because OR was the OffRoad aimed tubing and because Kona's Explosif is the mainstream bike that used it and why people here know about the tubing. If it wasn't for them, few would know about it in the MTB world.


P.S. Rocky couldn't afford to keep themselves afloat let alone buy End of Line tubing :twisted:
