They are made by Tre G / 3G (Italy).

I haven't owned any of their stuff. I'm not sure when they started, but most the components I have seen have been late 90s early 00s.

According to their website they have been operating since the 1960s, but I don't know when they started making bike components.

That’s interesting - Tres G stuff is very expensive, art bikes have some stems and cranks. These forks look to have Disc mounts. These forks (apart from the colour) don’t look too bad at all. I’m going to message him to ask if they’re sprung or elastomer and how much they weigh
