Colnago 40th anniversary?!

Does this ring any bells with anyone? I've seen 30th anniversary parts and clothing and 50th anniversary, but a 40th? In faux carbon effect? Were there more parts, is there a group?

I don't know about Colnago items per se, but it would be odd thing to fake, the box at least as it looks well-printed.

I've seen some 40th anniversary pedals, they were early Look clipless design in black & white with Colnago 40th Anniversary branding on the back. At the time I was still using clips & straps so didn't by them.

Deffo original, there's a 40th anniversary catalogue, but I've yet to find a copy or a decent scan

Found a few more beauties from the 40th anniversary catalogue, there was a whole range of clothing too. The carbon effect rims are a new one on me, as are the cut out (steel?) quill stems. These could apparently be custom finished to match the colour code of your frame.

I had a 40th Black/ Gold Limited Edition with a bit of added bling but moved it on as when finished it was to small for me.
