would sell for 190 posted bit more than what you wanted to pay but i'm reluctant to split the bike up as i'm pretty sure i'll be left with a lot of bits which no one will want. postage will be reasonably expensive due to the size and weight plus would probably have to take it to the local bike shop to remove the crank.

Just to show good will, I would loan you a crank puller and a BB tool, you could send it back in the box with the frame and it would save weight on post and LBS fees, Can't offer a lot more though as it's not worth it.
Post won't be that much if you don't go mad with the packing.

will let it go for 180 including postage, if thats acceptable for you I'll strip it down tomorrow afternoon,will leave bottom bracket in, thanks for the offer of a tool loan but to save postage for yourself i'll nip it to the local bike shop he shouldn't charge any more than a fiver. Won't want a payment until its stripped down ready to be posted just in case I damage either item whilst stripping it down.
