I looked on the sheldon brown site and it said 113-118, but didn't know which would be best. As it turned out, the local shop only had 113 and for 8.99 thought I'd just use that.

The shortest length is used since you have a skinny frame using a 28.6 front mech band size. Which will give it the best shifting over it's correct 47.5 chainline. It also reduced your Q-factor-whatsit-wife-tail-thing.
But any of the lengths will have worked work and I doubt you'll have noticed anything other than altering the front mech shifting and stops a little.
