Have never ridden SPD so not familiar with any of this lot, it's stuff of my Dad's he said to sell on for him, so only have a vague idea of value from what I have gleaned from Googling things :facepalm:

Shimano SPD SL SH-R098S shoes, size 41. Cleats fitted but look as if they would easily unscrew. Seem sound and solid, need a bit of a clean.......£22 posted NOW £12 posted!

Shimano PD-5700 105 SPD used pedals, with brand new VP Arc SL cleat thingies, and a bag of fixing bits. Pedals have cromo spindles, super smooth bearings, and general wear and tear as per pics.....£35 posted the lot NOW £20 posted!
