It's scrubbed up well. The forks look a bit more upmarket than the rest of the frame with double eyelets on the nicely joined dropouts and a nice crown. I agree with the white finishing kit idea, it would really suit the frame like it does with Bianchi Celeste frames.
Good luck with getting a paint match, it's hard enough with white let alone that lovely minty green!
