What colour speed spring in the Judy ?
and have you check the stanchions over, if so what condition are they in... (i.e. taken them apart)

Springs are black with green ano washer. Bought while ago, I can't remember what this mean, medium softness I think? Stanchions are like new, however forks are dibbed are dibbed at the moment.
