It's Raw with lacquer on it. The lacquer is a little rough in odd places but over all it's in good nick.

The top tube is 23"

I'm giving this thread a free bump because I was buying the frame but I have had a change of heart and Giant-One has very kindly agreed to refund me, so it's for sale again. IMHO it's a bargain - weightweenies says the Terrago frame on its own is only 1740g ('98 bike, 21.5"). Someone buy it!
