They are KCNC levers £94.99 new 23g each apparently

they weighed 44g the pair, worked really well with Cantis and Vees, but only available in black if they did silver or other colours would still have them.

Try to find a cheap/rough set so you can strip and polish them (assuming they're alloy) - that's what I would do as they are awesome looking levers. I know someone on another forum who can anodise such things, too .
