Cleaning wheel rims...with what?

Thanks all. I am sure I used to use Autosol, but I am often wrong. They curious side of me has ordered it to see what happens.

Autosol will polish them to a bright finish as it quite aggressive. If your looking for that finish fine.....but otherwise I would go for something a bit less coarse.

Re:

As above. I use autosol to make my alloy frames shiny when they go dull. I wouldn't use it on your rims as it would scratch the finish.

What about Peek?
From various thread pretty convincing pictorials on this very forum decided and ordered a can. Not tried it yet, though.

Re:

Peek is similar to autosol. Brasso would be better as much less abrasive. I think there is a silver polish by the makers of brass that may be better, more likely the same but repackaged to be more expensive. Probably.

I´m you man ... this result was done with this stuff and patience and some time ;)
