Understanding this would appear to be in pretty spiffing condition, have the first year Stumps taken a leap in price this last year?

I used to be surprised at how cheaply they could still be picked up for.

Does this example signify a change, or is it the exception to the rule?

Dunno. The only ones I've sold have been a few years newer and not nearly as nice. But there is a Best Offer button...

The last few sets of decent early 80s tires have been around $150-ish.
