It’s definitely 1992. Only year it was offered in Grello.
Quality 531, same frame wheels etc as the top of the range Cape, just with the LX group rather than DX
I think they ride just fine TBH
Three sizes; 16, 18 & 20. Both 16 & 18 have the same head tube size and without the rear wheel in it’s difficult to judge. But I’d say the gap between the rear bridge and seat cluster looks real close so my best guess is the smallest 16” version.
If it had been the 18 or 20 I think it would be on its way to @legrandefromage by now.
He had one as a lad so he may be able to advise better on how well it performed?
