hello all,
I just wanted to bring your attention to a really good environmentally-friendly stripper that I've used recently. I had an Ellsworth to strip and since it's made of aluminium I didn't want it damaged by shot-blasting. I gave this Removall stuff a go and it was really good. It didn't quite get it all off first time, but I was a bit impatient and probably could have left it longer. It was loads better than Nitromoors, which I used on the back end, and which took about four goes before it all came off - and it's not carninogenic (as far as i know). burns if it goes on your hands, though
As it's for industrial use I think 4 litres is the smallest size. It costs £41 with postage, but given how much I have left, I think it would think that's enough to strip about 5 frames. They make a range of different strippers, but the 520 is the one for aluminium ( I assume it would do steel to).
