That seems to be a good buy for an old Cinelli.

Its mine - BB is fine, as is the headset - frame is 23.5 inches/59 cm.
Model is AdantagePro (or the other way round). I have no idea of Vintage, but will look at the underside of the BB tomorrow morning
The right chainstay is chromed.

What's the top tube length on this beauty?

It's an '86 model (if Cinelli were consistent and the first 2 digits of the serial number represent the year).

Top tube, measured from the centre of the seat tube to the centre of the head tube is 56 cm - alternatively, 53 cm between the edge of those two tubes.
