Cinelli Grammo - sourcing expander bolt

I bought a Grammo from the bay of shame. All is well, except the expander bolt is plainly the wrong one - it's steel, and it's far too long. Short of paying through the veritable nose for a NOS aluminium bolt from the States (they're asking twice what I paid for the stem) can anyone think of somewhere I can source an M7x1 110mm cap-head bolt in Ti or Al? I can return the Grammo, but then I'm back where I started, unless someone wants to sell me a 120mm Ti stem for sensible money?

I've got a NOS alloy bolt with an M8 x1.25 metric thread on.
Length of the bolt is 135mm under the top cap & it has bottom 60mm threaded.
The only reason i might let this go is that I know how difficult it is to get hold of those Grammo stems
Would prefer to do a swap for something I need. with money either way if its not an even swap

Thanks; I'd have to get an M8 threaded wedge to go with it, I suppose - or do you have one of those too? I imagine one could retap the existing Grammo wedge, come to that. What sort of thing would you be looking to swap for? I have a fairly substantial pile of bits, including:

100mm Cinelli A1
40cm Cinelli Giro d'Italia
200mm 27.2 Campag (prob. Nuovo Record) seatpost (two-bolt)
Selle Italia Turbo 1980 (reissue)

..and loads of more modern stuff

I have several of them & one has a wedge with it, not sure on the length BUT I know it a different thread M8 x 1mm I think much finer
