It's a 1992 and size 18, not 19 as the seller (understandably) believes.

He is wrong about it being called a Rice Lite too.

What makes it a race lite?? Lighter components?
 
As far as I am aware, Kona hadn't invented the term Race Light in 1992, so I don't think it was relevant to his auction. From 1993 on, when they began to offer suspension forks, you could choose between e.g., a Cinder Cone Race Light with rigid Project 2 fork or a Cinder Cone Mountain Shock with a suspension fork. Aside from the fork, everything else was common to the two models.
