Cinder Cone 1991 - Never Ending Project!

Just thought I would add a couple more pics of my never ending project for anyone that may be interested in my 91 cinder cone.

Still trying to source a NOS Kalloy seat post (26.4mm) and then powder coat forks, replace front wheel (or both!) and get it all sorted and reconstructed ready to ride.

Things that are new:

Cantis have been replace with XT V-brakes
Dia-comp levers (pitted to hell) have been replace also with XT levers.
All cables replaced.
Spoon seat to replace the battered original Avocet Racing (which took a pounding when trying to free the stem of when I started the project.
New wellgo pedals (very similar look to originals).

Hope its not upset the true retro dudes but hopefully this will mean I use it again (FINALLY)

let me know your thoughts or any suggestions on other mods or original parts available.

Like it I'm a fan of old and new mixed builds means you get reliability but with cool looks! My breezer is the same idea.

Love it... Loads.

Running V's, I would find a later (or earlier with internal routing) Velocity stem, to address the redundant cable routing, but that's just minor aesthetics!
