I remember seeing one in MTB Pro or some such bitd, and thought it was pretty cool - it was certainly a pricey bit of kit back then. Never seen one in the flesh, can't be but a handful around.
That said, the fact that it's rare doesn't necessarily mean it's all that valuable - although it certainly looks like the seller is convinced it is.
