not actually got them yet but been offered a rasta one and a gun metal one £100 the pair. is this a fair price or should i pass it by?

if they're in good condition and complete with crown races then i'd say it's about right
they are serviceable too, the snap rings on the bearings can be removed, old grease flushed out, re-greased and reassembled, so they're a sensible purchase long-term.
