when you do - mention that its definitely off-putting to potential customers - I was going to fit a king to my BMX but having read this and other posts I've gone for a Hope instead - theres no-way I'm dis-assembling my BMX every now and again to check if a groove is forming and I don't fancy a face plant on the race track from a compromised fork steerer.

If it still feels smooth leave well alone - I had one one for 8yrs [used all the time on various bikes] and it never needed touching.

If you want to service it have a word first with King importer 'Evolution' AKA bromley bike co. Mark Pearce is a really helpfull guy.

Think in the instructions you have to have them serviced yearly to keep warranty valid?
Someone will let me know on this one soon I think............
 
headset servcing is exceptionally easy & pretty quick. theres instructions on kings site.
I think the retail on the BB is $120
