Polished finish, but with the King lettering still perfectly visible all round. Comes with a black cap, as I was running it with a black stem and it looked bet this way for me. Includes crown race and if I can find the compression washer, I'll include that too.
One thing to point out is that there's a score running about the top cup, just above the lettering (see pics) and runs around 180degrees. Can't think for the life of me what would even cause this. IT's certainly not a crack and it doesn't affect function.
