Check in here if you were out on the bike this morning....

Yes, had a great ride with Fluffy (see above)

Sadly as a typical RBer I have probably got about 10+ bikes knocking around the place and not one of them is fully working...

Yep, probably around zero degrees when I went out first thing, sun shining and a trail of dust in my wake :D
believe it or not Afghanistan is probably as cold as the UK right now. :(

id believe it put the only problem with afgan is the pot holes on the trails there seem to give you one hell of a booming puncher

short local loop. Woods, lanes & tracks. Very sunny but cold with patches of ice...

Still, good to keep the legs turning :)

Yeah, I cycled to our Quaker meeting to test my new Schwalbe Snow Stud tyres on the sort-of ice. It's a very strange experience because they make just the same kind of crunching as you get when you accidently ride over broken glass.

I was out on saturday and the trails were pretty much sheet ice, nearly came a cropper on a couple of occassions.
Roads were better, but no safer.
Must get some slicks if I'm to keep up any reasonable mileage over Christmas.
