cheap tubes

don't laugh but I got mine from ... Poundland! try finding cheaper than that! use them on a 'dont fix, just replace 'basis and you're laughing!

The poundland ones will probably be fine. As long as they hold air they are perfect!!
Wilkinsons do them for £2 each but I've not been in for a while so that might have gone up.
If you have one of the "one day sales" on near you they normally do bundles of tubes pretty cheap.

You can get very cheap Schrader ones all over the place, Poundland, supermarkets, Wilkinsons... £1.20 at Tesco, for example.

Cheap Presta tubes are harder to find.

Asda/Tescos, use to buy GT tubes from LBS (cos they came in a pretty
box !). Haven't repaired a puncture since getting back into cycling 13
years ago (did enough in my teens !).

Go for cheap as chips and carry a couple of spares and a pump.

Asda is good for 16" tubes for anyone with a kiddie trailer !!

yeah, I often get mine from Tesco, the Asda ones are cheap too, cheap enough to just use-puncture-replace :D

Evans has Specialized for £2.49 and Conti for £2.99 in their sale at the moment, schrader, presta, anything. I've got half a dozen on order :)
