under a hundred bucks; not bad considering most of the parts are original.

No doubt! I have my fingers in a couple other pies at the moment, so I had to stay low-I feel kinda bad, had I not bid, the winner would have had it for $52!

The same dude (from just down the road) that sold the Ritchey TC had a Team Yo listed, nice large frame with some modern bits and a ding in the stay, I'm hoping to work out a deal shortly as the price was right in my ballpark.

I love the description " Convert to single speed/fixed gear, perhaps..? "

I thought only British eBayers sold old tat with a mention of 'fixed wheel' (not that this is old tat of course, much to special to waste on trendy fixie types).

US craigslist (and ebay) are filled to the brim with people trying to offload any and all old frames as 'great fixie project' or 'perfect for fixed gear conversion', on top of that, everyone who built one wants $400 for nondescript junk with no parts and pretty wheels. ARRGGGHHHHHH!

The Stumpjumpers and Sport models frequently sell better as framesets, I think the geometry is just right for all these trendy builds. A few weeks ago, a vintage Specialized Expedition (road version of the stumpy frame) went over $300 US if I recall-for just the frameset!
