Cheap Kona Cinder Cone Frame 1996 £35

1996 Kona Cinder Cone Frame.

I Brought this frame last year some time with the will to strip it down and re-spray, but haven't got round to it, new project on the cards, overall condition is good, all decals are present but paint work has seen better days, also there is a small dink , see image 2, hard to picture!.

I think for £35 shipped would make an excellent build for not to much outlay.

From center of BB to top of seat tube is 18" does this mean it an 18" frame?
