Hi I'm looking for a cheap ht frame on behalf of a friend who bought a decathlon rockrider 8.1 (medium size, I think). It's a great value bike for the spec, but she doesn't get on with the stretchd out riding position. Needs disc mounts and if possible pannier mounts on the dropouts. Not looking for anything expensive as she wants to basically try to find the right size/geometry. She is 5 6" tall
