Wanted Cheap hardtail frame w/disc tabs + gears

Hello.......I'm trying to sort a cheap build as a surprise for a mate, who currently rocks about on a very old cheap rigid with canties.

I have wheels, disc brakes, bars/stem/seat/post/pedals (rear mech/shifter)........so really looking for a frame with disc tabs (with headset) and cranks/gearing/front mech/shifter - pretty much anything considered as long as it works ok - can anyone help? I am in Liverpool/Sheffield/Chesterfield areas.

I've got an Orange P7.

19" size.

It's a bit tatty, but straight.

Couple of dents, quite a few scratches, paint issues, bits of rust. It's all cosmetic though.

All bottle cage / pannier bolts are free.

Front mech (LX), Headset (probably rough bearings but might be ok with re-greasing) and Deore hollowtech BB (still smooth) included.

£40 collected. I'm in Bolton.

I also have a chainset which could go with this for a bit extra. Not sure whether I have any spare shifters but can check.
