Looks like an MC2 frame to me. .?
Sleeved for more conventional forks , but the canvas is still there. . . and for 00 bucks man. . can't sniff at the build too much

No, it's not a MC2 frame but a 1997 Attitude which is basically a Pulse II frame with modifications for V-brake & threaded BB shell. Even the serials on those frame are marked with 'P'.
