Sorted Cheap and cheerful 7sp rear mech Altus a10

Anything really, just needs to be cheap, nice, and 7sp (1995 before)

As the Altus a10 rear mech I have is horrid

Road, mtb, touring, show me!

Edit(actually a road mech would be quite nice, a 105 would be awesome)

I have a short cage Shimano 300ex (or something long those lines) road mech, it's a bit "plasticky" but decent condition and should do 7 speed fine. Yours for postage, but I can't get it to you until the end of May at the earliest.... Let me know if of use
