Afternoon all. A friend has asked me fix up an old 10 speed Peugeot Lautaret he recently bought. Upon arrival it turns out it has no shifter or front mech and the rear mech is bent way beyond salvage. A chain would also be a bonus but not essential. Can anyone help out with the parts? Budget is fairly tight but I'm not after anything fancy as it will just be used to get to work and back. The seat tube measure 28.25mm (so guessing 28.6 is right) and the down tube has the post for mounting shifters.

Thanks in advance :)

Basic simplex/huret friction shifters with 105 front and Lord knows what rear mech but they all work on friction I guess.

Any good?

If so you can have ‘em in exchange for a Greggs for the next homeless person you meet in town.

Oh actually you can have the chain too as it has some life in it.

Excuse the poor photos but the garage is a bit of a challenge at the moment!
