Cheap 27" wheels

I'm currently restoring a Raleigh Banana which is progressing nicely but its time for me to admit the wheels are knackered.

I need a pair of 27", I guess 700c would fit but I just bought a new pair of 27" tyres.

I don't mind them being bolt on if necessary and I would like a 6 or 7 speed freewheel/cassette included.

Cheap as poss please, I'm not looking for anything flash just something functional with plenty of miles left in them.

I've got a nice pair of 27" Sun Mistral alloy wheels on Pelissier QR hubs, galvanised spokes but these can be polished up and they are all good, no dings and are decently tensioned. Not much wear to the braking surfaces and they run straight enough.
Hubs have been cleaned out/regreased and run quite smoothly, the rims have also been cleaned and polished.
Come with useable tyres/tubes and I've got a Shimano 6 speed 14-24 that is unworn & spins up fine but is grubby so needs a bit of a clean.
£54 posted or if you're not in any rush £45 and you collect from my parents in Sutton on Hull weekend of 28th March as I'm visiting the folks and watching the mighty Hull FC

Thanks everyone for your time, i'm sorted now I won a full bike with lovely wheels on it for £20, turns out I've got myself a much nice chainset now too
