guys just to clarify:
the frame was originaly advertised at £150 withe the forks and bb.
I then rueduced this packages to £99 for quick sale
the stem and h/set are available also at £25 and £20 respectivly
So then, first to PM me gets it! (only fair as some have gotten the wrong end of the stick - so its now a level playing field)
