Is this a Genesis? Looking at the welds on the forks, are these Roberts? Can’t make out the drivetrain…non QR front hub, gripshift??

I’ve been in contact with the seller who’s confirmed it’s 17” bb to top of seat tube, am wondering if anyone has an idea of which model it is?.

At just over 5’10 I’m thinking it might be too small for me, frame number is 960413, any help anyone could give is appreciated. I’ve written to Geoff Roberts too as dont wish to spend out then find out its way too small etc.

I'm 5'10'' and had a 17'' Roberts White Spider, my heels kept clipping the rear brakes and it felt too small generally.

Of course some Roberts bikes were custom made for specific individuals with different requirements, and just as no two people are exactly the same, no two 17'' Roberts will be the same fit.

Looks like it was the 13th bike made in April 1996, no clues re the model in the frame numbers.
