charge duster frame, damaged

I got a charge duster frame, 18". Tange prestige tubing. I'm not sure if its fully roadworthy as it has a curve/dent in rear triangle from impact and a small dent on chain stay and seat post. It maybe OK, prob only suitable as a hack or pub bike. Looking around £35 for it with headset or £25 without headset
