Chainrings!?

Hi guys need to replace the chainrings and cassette on LX m569 chainset cab anyone point me in the right direction?;

That one has an outer which is the spider, and outer combined, and the inner hangs off it too.
Unless your the 5 arm adaptor fitted, you have to replace that entire outer/spider.

Just had a similar scenario albeit with odd-fitment alivio cranks.

Asked on here where people buy new square taper chainsets from.

Was provided with a link to Spa Cycles' chainsets.

Other than that decent 2nd hand retro chainsets come up on here pretty often. Or NOS if you're lucky and have deep pockets!!!!
